everything is happening so fast and serious that it is good that i mark for myself (and for some others of you) what i need to write about:
--gits2: after i finish the earlier parts of the prospectus, i've gotta get to that for the conclusion. there's something really weird/bad going on there that requires talking about goddamn i, robot first. oof.
--the question of the relation between abundance and gratitude. i discover lately that the latter comes first. ?? wtf?
--watching _latter days_ with my friend c. last night, and both of us sogging our guts out all the way through (c. and i were in the university of utah women's studies program together and we both found ourselves in santa cruz - happily, happily!). watching that with him, oh - no one better. sharp sharp pain and catharsis. and how i could so easily inhabit the lyric "i" of that mormon boy's voice, while i still know myself to be distinctly female and not exclusively gay in that identification. wonderful!
--how much i love my friends - what IS it with the surfeit of badass warrior women in my life right now? it's an amazon flood.
