The house on jessup is offically ours now. Settlement date is June 15th. Soon enough 1305 will just a building that we pass by everyday on our way to school or work. I'm beyond excited for this but at the same time I love this apartment. It has been nothing short of perfect within the past few months. Oh well. Things only change for the better, or at least thats what I'm supposed to think. The house needs a bit of work so we will be living on broad until the end of july.

You all better come over on the 26th for sues birthday. I'm pretty sure we'll be grabbing a keg or two.

In other good news: Trev, the gang and I are heading to chicago quite soon for a few days. I'm pretty excited.
