Now then, I'm sure at least most of you have become aware of the strange occurrences during the Dark Hour as of late. Your guesses may be correct. The rumors of doppelgängers is indeed true. I myself am still uncertain if I've run into any, but I believe this may be the case.
It wasn't until Mitsuru briefed me on a possible incident that I had even become aware of the matter myself. I asked for her help in researching, and our theory was correct.
These doppelgängers are indeed shadows. I believe they are responsible for the recent worsened cases of apathy, as these shadows seem to possess a greater power than those we've come across thus far.

I'm still not sure how they are able to manipulate our shapes, and it's uncertain if they can manipulate our abilities as well. Mitsuru confiscated an Evoker from one of them, but upon return, it was gone. Neither of us believe this to be a coincidence.
Please use extreme caution when going out into the Dark Hour until we gather more about these new foes. As of yet, there is nothing to distinguish them from the actual person, and we also wish to avoid any accidents.

Oh yes! This is extremely important. Of course, this much is just a myth, but it's better safe than sorry. It's said that if you see a doppelgänger of yourself, then you will meet with calamity. If you should run into your own, do not attempt to fight it alone. Take refuge or request backup.
