[There's a kid going down the street in the shopping district. This isn't anything out of the ordinary, usually, but this particular kid is wearing a tan business suit and carrying a small, old-looking briefcase. If you go to Yasogami High, you may know him: Ashley Stevens, a person with a reputation for being loud and annoying. He appears to be going from one shop to the next, if you care enough to take the time to observe his behavior.
And just now, someone running by collided with him, knocked that briefcase out of his hand, and scattered it and the papers inside across the sidewalk. He yells at the kid running away, "You idiot!" and starts picking up the mess... do you help? Taunt him? Just watch like a jerk? Come get some.]
