[Endou Tsuyoshi is over at the Samegawa Flood Plains I think that's what they were called, at the water's edge with a little shiny container. He's got a cooler next to him and opens it up, taking out a bit of crushed ice, which he adds to the bit of water in the container. He seems to be monitoring the results rather intently. Beside him is a notebook open to a page with all sorts of numbers and data scribbled about it.]
