*IT IS MEETING TIME, SEES. You've all been called up to the meeting room on the fourth floor (Don't ask how it can fit all of us, it just can) for a discussion about these new Shadows. Once you get there... well, Minato's there, huzzah. He's got a few casts and crutches, but he's okay.
Once everyone's there, Minato begins to speak: Most of the strong people have lost their Personae. Shadows are getting much stronger. There is no way to tell which Shadows can seal Personae and which can't. Every assumption they've made has been proven wrong. He recommends all Persona-users do not move in anything other than large groups. And then he opens the floor to discussion and pooling knowledge on these Shadows, to attempt to come up with a plan of action.
