[When you all awoke this morning, you found out some dreadful news: Keita passed out last night, and he hasn't woken up yet. For now he's in his hotel room, because the hobo and the yandereko managed to drag him there, but he might get moved later. He will be unresponsive for some time, as he is sleeping.
Also, for those of you who are smart enough to watch the news (and know English), there was a news report this morning that was of great interest. There was talk of a few delinquents who dragged off a potential-coma-victim. The news report gives descriptions that vaguely match Shinjiro, Michi, Ray, and Keita, with Shinjiro and Michi being the delinquents and Ray and Keita being the victims.
The news report also talks about the comas themselves. Here's what it says:]
In the last month, there have been twelve confirmed cases of this mysterious coma in the Sydney area. All twelve people were in relatively good heath, and they had no medical reasons to enter a coma. The only other clue so far has been that the victims all fall into a coma late at night, around the midnight hour. With the news of a possible 13th victim, police have stepped up their investigation. We will continue covering this story, and update the public on any breaks in the case.
[But despite this depressing news, the teachers decide to go ahead and continue the planned events for the trip with the hopes that it will ease the minds of the students. Today's trip is a nature walk through some of the nearby wilderness, just outside of Sydney. Your character can go on the nature walk, or they can choose to stay behind. Those who go on the nature walk will leave in the afternoon, and they'll return in the evening.]
