The birthday party for Grandma went fairly well yesterday. I didn't kill anyone :D
The highlight of the day was when my husband's 14 year old sister was telling us about a class she just completed at public school called LifeSkills. One of the activities they had to complete was coming up with a different alcoholic beverage for each letter of the alphabet.
Need I say that this kind of story makes us even more eager in our probable decision to homeschool?
