You're still young yet- when you're average aged and stilll not making average dollars, then you can complain, my friend.

Good point on the 'average aged' statement, but I feel like those around my age make more than I do on average. I guess it helps to find something you really like and are good at. I've always been all around with no specific interests or knowledge of "what I want to be."

20% raise yes, but I settled for a few grand less than I wanted from the start. I pretty much told them I have to leave if I can't get the 20% I wanted. I was that prepared to leave.

FYI, I left work at 8pm tonight. I love working 11 hours with no OT. Bastids.
