New L&O Comm

I am currently working on a new Law & Order franchise comm, but I don't want to reveal it until it is perfect! What I need, is someone(s) with photoshop/photo editing skillz who would be interested in making banners, headers, and icons for the new comm and someone who would like to co-maintain and someone who is fluent in HTML.
