What the hell.
I just watched the movie Breakfast at Tiffany's, which I have never seen before. I have, however, read Truman Capote's novella.
I am totally disgusted. I rarely get offended in the sense of "OMG book was so much better than the movie," but Jesus... really? They really ended it that way? They really changed what it means to be Holly Golightly that much? Yuck.
Never give your heart to a wild thing, and never try to make Truman Capote stories really upbeat.
