CUTE cat

sooo today at around 3 o clack PM a cat came to visit our home. and all day it has sat under our car port and "meeeowwwed" up the steps. i just got home at 3 AM and it is still around. it ran up to me when i got out the car and it is really cute and i want to keep it. i took it out TUNA and some MILK. things cats love and i put it close to my neighbors yard and ran back to my house it followed and rubed against my legs. what a cute kitty. can i keep her :^(  PLZ . i dont think i can but i want her to stay outside all summer and ill keep her fed and make her drink milk and grow strong and it will be like having a cat. i think i need a pet asap.
i just hope i didnt get fleas. gooooood night!
