MOD Note
I'm a couple of days behind in posting this, but outside life interrupted. Some of you may or may not have noticed that pervyficgirl has been added on as a co-mod. I've basically enlisted her help because my own schedule is increasingly busy and because she has agreed to help me on the tag front.
Thus, as you're uploading fics/icon/reviews/whatever, you no longer need to worry about the proper tags, as she'll be taking care of that as she organizes the community's memories feature. The purpose is simply to make things more uniform for the community as a whole.
As always, if you have any problems/questions/concerns, etc., don't hesitate to ask either one of us.
