Hogwarts Castle, England (or possibly Scotland)
Apologies that this is not a real castle, but it is a model from the Warner Bros Studio Tour where the Harry Potter films were made. The finale of the tour is this model, about 40 feet across, of Hogwarts School. The light changes from day to night as you walk around it. I will try and post some photos of the interior sets later.
PS I think Hogwarts (in the films anyway) was meant to be in Scotland, but if asked, I think most people would say it was in England.
