It probably says a lot about me that a well-taught history lesson can leave me a-flutter in my ladybits, but nevertheless, this was an excellently taught lesson indeed, and I hope you teach more of them. Often. (I make no response to the frankly absurd and absolutely true assertion that part of the aforementioned fluttering is caused by the castle itself.) :D
Sorry I don't have another lecture planned soon, but I'll see what I can find in the archives. If you go back a ways...about a year ago, you'll find a similar class on the German city of Goslar.
Nah. I'm a history nut by avocation, and a writer when I can't find some excuse to do other things. Glad you enjoyed it. If my next book finds a publisher, I'll go back and do a whole series on castles and ruins along the Rhein. But that's a For Credit class, and you'll have to sign up for all the lectures.
