(no subject)
Most of my thoughts at the moment are just too personal for this thing.
So I'll stick with the boring basics.
My dad is coming over to my mom's house in a few minutes to help me get some of the heavy boxes that are still here. My mom aslo said that I can have the little back TV stand, which is cool. So the stuff at my mom's house that I still have to get is, 3 boxes, a huge wooden trunk, my oak mirror, a filing cabinet and the TV stand. One truck trip or two car trips, either way it will work out.
Then we're going over to dirusdraconis's house to get my bed, dresser and shelf. I'm a little concerned about how hard it's going to be to get the huge bed downstairs to the basement at the new house but we'll just see how that works out.
Then, later tonight, I can actually set up my new room :) I'm very excited.
I filled out the application for Mildred-Elley and I'm calling them on Monday to try to make an appointment to register and fill out financial aid information. I wish that I could be like the rest of these blessed little Clifton Park brats and have my parents pay for my education, because this year will tack on another $15,000 to my loans probably.
But that's not anything I want to think about right now. Right now, I want to get something to eat since my dad will be here any minute.
