what stops me from writing?

mainly, i believe I've run out of inspiration. Also, I've fallen prey to that most common pitfall of most writers , stagnation.

As most of you probably have thought of me, but were too nice to say , I ramble and metaphorize and obfuscate way too much.

call it a defense mechanism against a permanency, that is the Internet. I dont want anything I write to come back and bite ANYONE in the bee hind , not now, not when either of us are grandparents.

(am I metablogging now?)

While its important for me to write, a small part of me wants to be read too. In-print writers know that when they get paid. Bloggers know that when folks comment. (Hats off to M and AG, my faithful commenters)

The truth is, I've ceased to interest people with what I write. So there's no interest in coming back to read what I wrote. That, and people are just too busy with twitter to read LJ any more.
