So I get three calls this morning from people looking for the Home Depot. Then, a few minutes ago, I get a fourth one from this random guy who must be a lawyer or something, because he starts talking about how they put a typo on a printout that said our number instead of theirs and I should make them pay our phone bills. I said sure, okey-dokey. I called the Home Depot, told them about the typo, did not stir shit by asking for them to pay our phone bills, and the Customer Service guy literally said "Oh shit, I'll tell the management."
I solved a problem! Without litigation! Take that, North American culture!
