Just a couple days ago, I went to San Jose alone to see Matt Skiba & Chuck Ragan at a place called Macla. I guess it's a lation art center, very intimate. I got there really early and watched as Matt and Chuck unload their stuff. It was funny to see all the kids and their reactions to them. Most were girls talking about what would happen if for some reason after the show Matt might wanna make out with them. But guys too were in OMG mode or something. But later on I asked Matt for a hug, like I have done with some other of my favorite musicians. I met Chuck as well and bought one of his 7" records for Bonnie cause one of the songs is called Valentine. Much like last time I met Matt Skiba I had nothing for him to sign for me and had a broken camera also not with me. What luck. I have autographs and pictures with several bands and singers that I really love listening to, but never Alkaline Trio.
Then today this happened at my work:
