Updating for Wardy
So, here we are back in Virginia. We split camp after a few days of guarding for the band camp. Took 2 days to drive home and were glad to be back. Since we got back we have:
- Gone to the local pool after 4pm (half price!) and hung out - tres cool.
- Gone to Busch Gardens yesterday for the 3rd time this summer only to realise that the novelty has worn off.
- Got offered a 10 month h2b visa at a ski area in Colorado but had to decline it b/c my job will only give me leave until Feb 2008.
- Asked to extend my leave until the end of this year so we can come back to the USA after Europe and hang in Colorado with Joe's sister and SKI! Oh, and get Joe's Aussie visa for him. Not confirmed but on the cards...
- Bought a 1976 MGB for $650. Pics on facebook, if you've yet to see it, check it out b/c it's AWESOME!
- Entertained the boys in the blue van for a couple of days...they stayed here on their journey on down the coast!
-Checked out VA Beach but it rained the whole damn time and they closed the beach :(
- Eaten a lot of fresh food.
Ward, how is Austin with his new hair - I'm pretty sure he liked the old hair quite a bit?
