Silly, silly motor car
So.
I was about 500m from work this morning and my car completely cut out. Yep, it just stopped. Luckily I was not on the motorway (aka interstate), but in a nice, quiet, residential street. In any case my cam shaft is screwed and I'm looking at a few hundred bucks to fix it all up. ANNOYING! I wish the little car could've waited a few more days before it conked out! At least til I finish work on Thursday. Ah well, it's just inconvenient, not the end of the world. Poor little Astra. I very nice tow-truck driver towed me home just now. And only one student saw my car getting put on the back of a tow truck!
I got to chat with Joe though, so the day wasn't so bad after all. He is hanging out at his best friends house near Wash DC and heads home this weekend to await my arrival!!!!!!!! Yay :)
Also, Facebook is addictive. Everyone add me b/c I have no idea how it works yet.
