Stared from: Figure It Out
Continued from: Losing My Mind

No one understood how it could have happened.

It wasn’t believed that such a defeat would have been possible, not with two of Endymion’s Shitennou leading such a powerful army.

Word had come back that after three days of fighting, the war turned quickly from Earth’s favor to that of the dark ( Read more... )

Reading this is a bit like watching an episode of Lost. You have sort of an inkling what's going on, develop theories and yet you have no idea where this is going to end. And just to avoid confusion: Lost is one of my favourite shows, so all of the above is intended as a compliment.

I like that this series makes me think. You play so cleverly with perceptions and limited knowledge, it keeps me on my toes.

“You don’t understand,” she repeated, her voice hardening. “You’ve never been in love before.”
Those words stung worse.
This convinces me that Venus does indeed love Kunzite. But then, the words might hurt because of their truth? See, I know nothing and I love it!

The loss of their army had been hard enough, but to know that they had lost their beloved son to a fight they had been drawn into was sacrifice enough.
Who is the son that they are talking about? Adonis? Kunzite? Someone else? Have I missed something?

His golden hair shined otherworldly and he had a shredded red sash tied around his waist.
I'm convinced it's Adonis, who has taken the sash from Kunzite. The description fits Jadeite as well, but the sash strongly points to Adonis.

This one more terrifying than anyone could have imagined.
Saturn had been awakened.
I want more. I need more. Give me more. Sorry, I meant to say: Give me more, please or I'll start to cry out of pure desperation.

I love that show too!!! It is so addicting and now I am completely flattered. :)

I actually stole this from the manga - I just need to remember which act so that I can credit it back. But I have to confess that those words do cover a myriad of things. But I can't reveal that just yet!

This was intended to mean Adonis, which is why the planet Venus isolated themselves from the Earth - although I do like that it could also mean Kunzite because the royal family certainly took a liking to him. So the answer to your question is now both.

I'm convinced it's Adonis, who has taken the sash from Kunzite. The description fits Jadeite as well, but the sash strongly points to Adonis.
This is Adonis - I'm not telling where Jadeite is during this whole ordeal. He's been busy that's all I can say. The sash denotes rank in the Venusian army and Kunzite only wore the sash once while on Venus - and, in Adonis's mind - gave it to Minako as a gift. True or false....I can't reveal that yet either.

I want to give you more....but that writer's block is flairing up again. ^^; Everything I write is too obvious - and in the style of Lost, we can't have that! :)

I'm glad you're still liking this story. I'm always afraid that the series will fizzle out before I get to the end (and I have to tell you, the series is refusing to end....I have a mountain of backstories to publish when I'm done.)

I know, Venus makes adorable expression while Serenity runs away. But here, it is used so ambiguously that I just can't decide what it acutally means.

Checkmate. Now I can't even beg. *grins*

I'm looking forward to the next chapters (how many will there be?) and to the backstories. I love watching the supplementary stuff on DVDs, so supplementary stuff for fanfictions sounds like a lot of fun. And now I want to know what Jadeite is doing. Argh, you've made me even more curious!

Another Lostie! Which one is your favourite character? Before you answer: I haven't seen the last two episodes yet, just in case an exciting new person popped up and you want to mention him/her/it. Don't. *grins*

I don't know who my favorite is....I think it has to be Richard because he is so mysterious. Have you seen the episode Lafluer? I don't want to give anything away for you - I think that aired 3 weeks ago though. Last week's episode was really good too! We'll have to chat and you can tell me where you are. I will tell you though - you are in for some killer episodes!

For a while I was starting to drift away from the show because the plot was going really off course - but the show has really redeemed itself and I am completely hooked again! There is one mystery though that I think the show has completely decided not to answer - what was it that killed the pilot in the very first episode?

I should really get some sort of instant messenger so that I don't spam so much on fic entries. *sighs*

LaFleur is the last episode I have seen and I loved it. I love every episode that has Sawyer wearing glasses though *lol* But him dating Juliet? Awful! I find her incredibly annoying, from her first appearance up until now.

Richard as a favourite character is a very interesting choice, since he's not a part of the main cast I hadn't even considered him. But I did love it when he visited little John Locke.

What with the whole time travelling thing, I complete forgot about that. I'm still trying to figure out who the bad guys are, but I just don't know whether it's Whitmore or Ben& the old English lady.

I love that they are back in the Dharma Intiative. My theory - is that through the time looping people keep getting added to the Initiative - that's somehow part of the initiative.

And yes, Sawyer with glasses = sexy! Wait till you see him in another week where he has the glasses on and is reading a book. Wow. That's all I'm going to say - you'll know the scene when you see it. As for Juliet, I don't know that she and he bother me so much. It almost works - although I don't really care for Kate, so maybe I'm biased.

And the bad guy - it's totally the old English lady. Whidmore is just another hapless victim that's trying to get back.

I just wanted to tell you that I watched the new episode of Lost last night and I literally sat upright in my seat and my hand flew to my mouth in shock. (and stayed that way for 2 minutes) Wow!

You need to catch up! Please!
