Why Tanya Is NOT Allowed To Do Magic Potion
A pair of eyes was blinking innocently as the owner staring at the girl who was currently stirring the cauldron pot between them.
“Are you sure it will work, Onnie?” she asked the girl in a worried voice.
“Everything I make always works, Meg.” She kept on stirring the funny-looking potion with that evil smirk still plastered on her face. “All I need is some lover’s extract and then we'll wait for five more minutes.” She turned her face to the girl in front of her. “And you can just give it to them.”
The younger girl looked doubtful. “They won't die or suffer from some weird disease, right?”
“Don't worry about that. Everything is from the book. And we've been following every single step.”
Meg still looked doubtful.
“Ah, don’t give me that look. I’m sure it will work,” Tanya said.
“But the last time you did this, you turned Dayday Oppa into Yoda.” Meg made her point before putting on a pitiful grin. “I think the Yoda’s voice is still with him until now.”
Tanya snorted. "Well, if you weren't pestering me and asking me to hurry up, I wouldn't have messed up back then." She lightly hit the younger girl on the head with her hand. "So stop worrying. Everything would be fine."
"I certainly hope so," Meg mumbled, her eyes fixed on the potion. "I wouldn't take the blame if something went horribly wrong, you know that. Beside, Deedee Onnie told us not to interfere with them actually."
"Ah come on! It's also your idea to make this for Inati Oppa and Lia Onnie." Tanya sighed. "They need the push because they're too shy to admit their own feelings towards each other."
Meg nodded. "True." She then looked at her watch. "I think 5 minutes have passed. Should I get the lover's extract?"
Tanya looked up. "Well, that sure was fast. Time really does fly when you're having fun." She had that evil smile yet again as she stirred the potion. "The extract is on the shelf." She pointed at some random direction, making Meg confused. "There's a label on it, so you won't get mixed up."
The younger girl walked to the shelf, looking for a labelled bottle called Lover's Extract. A few seconds later, she found what she's looking for and walked back to where Tanya was standing with her head stuck inside the pot. "Here you go."
Rising her head, Tanya looked at the book and re-read the steps. "Okay, pour the extract slowly in a clockwise direction. There should be some yellow smoke if it's working."
Meg did as she was told, chanting something that faintly sounded like, "Please let there be a yellow smoke." As soon as the small bottle was emptied, she and Tanya peered at the pot like curious cats.
“How come there's no smoke?” asked Meg after a few seconds have passed. She then checked the book, going over the steps once again. “Ah, we're supposed to say the magic words.”
“So what are the magic words again?” Tanya asked.
“Mirror, mirror on the wall, show them who’s their true love in the front of their eyes?” Meg chanted but she sounded so unsure.
“No, you idiot. That’s the spell to show who is the most beautiful one among them all.” Tanya paused for a while and seemed to have a thought. “Even though I think I need that chant to know who the most beautiful girl among us all is.” She said while shrugging her shoulders.
Meg just rolled her eyes. “Okay. Let’s try this.” She took a deep breath and started to recite a spell. “Roses are red, Violets are blue. Show us the heart, and the kiss becomes true.”
Suddenly … Puff!!
An orange-yellowish small mushroom cloud exploded from the pot, making Meg draw back to her surprise.
“Yay! It’s working!” Tanya cheered and clapped as the cloud disappeared.
But Meg seemed not to be so sure. “But don’t you think the colour seemed to be a little bit orange just now?”
Tanya waved her hand. “Don’t mind about it. The smoke came out already so it means that it’s working.” She stirred the liquid again before she took a spoonful of the potion. She smiled. “Hand me the bottle.”
Meg quickly handed her a small bottle that was on the table near the pot.
Tanya poured the potion into the bottle until it’s filled with the now-pinkish-red-colour potion. She closed the lid and handed it to Meg. “Now, it’s your job to pour it to one of their drinks.”
Meg looked at the small bottle on her hand. “I hope it will work,” she said as she sighed.
“Will you stop worrying, Meg? You'll get old faster if you keep on worrying about small things like this.”
Meg gasped and widened her eyes as she looked at her companion. “This is not a small thing. We're talking about pouring this strange-coloured potion to Lia Onnie and Inati Oppa's drinks. They'd kill us if they found out about this.”
“That's why you have to do it secretly so nobody will know about our little mischief. Okay?”
The younger girl gave up, nodding her head slowly. “Is there some kind of time limit or something? I wouldn't want to give the potion late. There might be some weird after-effects.”
“Tomorrow morning would be the latest. It said so in the book,” Tanya answered. She closed the potion book and returned it to the original place: below the bookshelves. “It's kind of weird, don't you think? A potion with an expiry date? I wonder how it'd look like if it's expired.” She laughed as she stared blankly into space, probably thinking about expired potion.
Meg decided to go up the stairs, leaving her friend all alone inside the stuffy basement. “Now, how am I going to give it to them without their knowledge?” She wondered aloud as she opened the door to reveal the outside world. As she saw the setting sun, she opened her arms. “Ah, fresh air!”
“Meg!”
She looked to her left and immediately her eyes were widened. One of the 'victims' was currently walking towards her. Realizing that she had the small bottle on her right hand, she stashed it into her jeans pocket quickly so the older girl wouldn't see. “Lia Onnie. Hello!”
“Don't ‘hello’ me with that innocent smile on your face. Where have you been? I’ve been looking all over the house for you.”
“I've been -“ She paused for a while, trying to calm her pounding heartbeats. She cleared her throat once it's back to normal. “I've been walking around the house. Why didn't you just call me?”
Lia fished a hand phone from inside her pocket. “You left your hand phone in your room, you silly girl.”
Meg laughed sheepishly. “Oops, silly me. Thanks for getting it for me, Onnie.” She took the small device into her hands and placed it into her other jeans pocket. “So, what's up?” She gave her Onnie another innocent smile.
“Nothing,” Lia answered. “I just need you to help with preparing the food right now. Oppa and Dayday already went to get the cake from the bakery.” She turned and wanted to walk away. But she seemed to remember about something and looked at Meg again. “Ah, don’t forget to get Tanya. I need every help that I can get. I don’t want Youngwon to be suspicious because Daniel and Gen held him for too long. They’ve been out since afternoon. And it’s too long already.”
“Alright, Onnie,” Meg replied her as the oldest girl walked away.
But suddenly a smile came to the younger girl’s face as an idea came up on her mind. She cheered silently as she seemed to be excited with the idea then turned back again to the underground dungeon to call Tanya.

"Ah, finally! Home sweet home!" Youngwon said, his arms opened as if glad he's reached a place where he could rest for the whole day. He turned around to face Daniel and Gen who have been dragging him all over the town for no obvious reasons. "My feet hurt, you know," he complained. "It felt like we've been walking for days, non-stop."
Gen waved off her hand. "Stop exaggerating. Now take a shower; you stink!" She immediately pushed him towards the stairs to go to the bathroom upstairs.
"Well, whose fault was that?"
Before the two disappeared, Gen looked back at Daniel and mouthed, "Ask the others to hurry up. I'll stall him."
Daniel nodded and gave an okay signal to her. He then ran to the big hall to find the rest decorating the room. "Hey guys, I can't hold him any longer. He actually threatened us that if we didn't get back home soon, he'd just whine like a little kid in the middle of the road."
Inati smiled. "Well, that's Youngwon for you. We're almost done anyway. So that's okay," he said from the ladder he's currently on as he stuck some balloons on the ceilings. "What's he doing now?"
"Taking a shower," Daniel answered as he made the move to take a bite of the fruit cake on the table. But before he could reach it, Fanny slapped his hand. He turned around to see the younger girl. "What? Can't I have a bite?"
"No. This is for the birthday boy."
Daniel pouted, hoping it would melt her heart and she would let him eat the small cake. He got a surprise when she suddenly turned to the oldest woman in the room.
"Lia Onnie~ Daniel Oppa wants to have the cake!"
The woman being called immediately turned around with a scary smile on her face. "Daniel, the cake and everything else can only be touched when Youngwon is here. Have I made myself clear?"
Daniel nodded his head several times as he was scared that she might just kill him on the spot with that look. This caused the others to laugh at him.
"Excellent!" said Lia whose smile has turned back to a sweet, innocent smile.
"Err, can I at least drink some water?" Daniel said slowly so Lia wouldn't turn 'evil' again. "I'm ... kind of thirsty."
Lia nodded. "Of course. I wouldn't want you to die from thirst."
Daniel laughed nervously before quickly disappearing into the kitchen.
Inati could only smile and shake his head as he saw how timid his dongsaeng has become. He then let out a breath as he finally finished with the balloons. "Okay, I'm done," he said before looking down. "Can somebody hold the ladder so I could get down from here?"
Dayday came to the rescue as he was the only one who has finished putting all the ribbons across the hall.
Before Inati reached the ground, Gen's voice suddenly rang across the big house, "Oppa, why don't you take shower like normal people do? You know, slowly? Are you sure you're clean enough?"
All of them widened their eyes as the ladder was still in the room, along with the scissors, glue gun, magic tape and a few others. They hurriedly hid the supplies under the tables. Inati and Dayday hastily ran to the kitchen under hushed commands of Lia to hide the ladder. They came back with sweat on their faces.
"Gen, why are you so noisy today? And where is everybody? Why is the house so quiet?" Youngwon whined.
Their voices and steps were getting closer, and Lia was still helping Inati wipe off the sweat with the tissue. Both of their faces were as red as fresh tomatoes.
"You don't have to help me, you know," Inati whispered. "I could do it myself."
Lia tried her best not to look into his deep eyes. "I know, but you might miss a spot." With a long swipe across his forehead, she finished. "There. Clean as always."
Inati laughed softly. "Thanks."
Even though it was just for a few seconds, the other girls thought it was the most romantic scene they have ever seen from the oldest couple. Meanwhile, the guys softly wolf-whistled. Lia quickly turned and hushed them down.
"Oppa!" Gen purposely shouted to signal the others that Youngwon was near. "Where are you going?!"
"To the kitchen." Youngwon narrowed his eyes as he thought her behaviour was suspicious. "Why?"
“No! You can’t!”
“Why not?”
Gen paused for a while, eyes wandering around the house, trying to come up with a reason. "Ah!" she shouted, surprising him in the process. "It's under construction! You can't go in there!"
"But I don't hear anything. And stop shouting, will you? I'm right here."
"I'm actually training my voice, you see! Because people say that the higher the voice is, the ... err, healthier you'd be?" She ended the sentence with a question as she just made that up on the spot.
"That's ridiculous." He turned around, not caring whether there was really a construction going on or not. "I'm going to take some water."
The people who were in the party room immediately got into position: Meg and Fany holding the cake; Dayday, Dari, Deedee and Tammy holding the balloons filled with helium; Inati and Lia holding the party-poppers; Jeesu, Daniel and Tanya holding the toy-trumpets. They were all standing right in front of the door.
Meanwhile on the outside, Gen was holding Youngwon's arm tightly so he couldn't go anywhere. "Oppa! Why don't I get it for you? You're tired right?" She then pulled him to the nearest chair and pushed him to take a seat. "You want water right? I'll get it for you. You just sit tight." She ran to the kitchen as fast as she could.
"But you said -" the door closed before he could finish the sentence. He rolled his eyes as he waited for her.
"Guys?" She finally reached the party room where everybody was in their position. Her shoulders sagged as she saw everything was in place. "Oh you're ready? Why didn't you say so? I shouted for nothing."
"Just call him, Onnie. The cake is heavy, you know," said Meg, giving her a tired look.
"OK!" Gen turned around and ran again. By the time she reached the living room outside where Youngwon was waiting, she had sweat all over her body.
"Gen! Where is the water?" Youngwon asked as he stood up from his chair. "I thought you're getting it for me."
She smacked herself on the forehead as she forgot about it. "Oops, sorry Oppa."
"You know what, I'd get it myself." He then ran to the kitchen before Gen could do anything to stop him. He opened the door to the kitchen and found himself staring at a normal-looking kitchen. He turned around to face Gen. "There's no construction here."
Gen laughed nervously. "Err, oops?"
Youngwon rolled his eyes and walked to the refrigerator. As he was about to open the door, his eyes caught a ladder just beside him. "Why is the ladder here?" He shrugged his shoulders, thinking that someone must have used it and they were too lazy to put it back. He opened the door to the refrigerator and found nothing. "Where are the water bottles?" He turned to Gen. "Where are the bottles?"
"Maybe it's in the big hall."
He narrowed his eyes and decided to listen to her. He closed the door to the refrigerator and walked to the place where Gen has said just now.
"SURPRISE!"
Youngwon immediately clutched his chest as his heart started beating fast. Confetti fell from the ceiling; it was all Gen's doing who just pulled the string on the door frame. Party poppers were popped by Inati and Lia. Balloons held by Dayday, Dari, Deedee and Tammy were released from their hands. Jeesu, Daniel and Tanya happily blew the toy-trumpets to make everything sound festive. Meg and Fanny came closer with the cake as they all sang a Happy Birthday song.
"Make a wish, Youngwon-ah~" said Inati.
The birthday boy closed his eyes and made a wish before blowing out the candles. The others clapped and cheered; the toy-trumpets playing on the background.
"Hey Fanny," Meg called out to her, "Can we put the cake down? I think I got some cramps."
As soon as the cake was on the table, Meg sneakily walked to Tanya. "Hey, should I pour the potion now?" she whispered on the older girl's ear.
Tanya nodded. "Make sure nobody sees you. I'll distract them." She then walked towards the others who were congratulating the blue haired boy. With a loud voice, she cheered and clapped, doing her job as a distraction.
Meg smirked and like a ninja, walked to the table where the drinks were located. She took a cup and filled with soda. Eyes looking around to check that everybody else was still on the other side of room, she took the potion out of her jeans. With an evil smile, she poured it in an anti-clockwise direction just like the book has instructed her to do.
"What are you doing?"
She widened her eyes as she felt goose bumps on her neck. She turned around to find Jeesu standing so close to her. She started stuttering at the sight of his innocent look. "Err, I'm getting some drink." She laughed nervously before looking away. Of all people, he came here.
"Ah, me too," he said. "All the screaming makes me thirsty." He then took the cup that already had soda in it. He finished it in one go. "That's better."
Meg whipped her head to the cup Jeesu was holding. She realized that it was the same cup that had the lover's extract in it. She widened her eyes. "Oppa, that's not for you. That's for -" She couldn't finish her sentence because she was suddenly grabbed by him and her lips were on his before she could do anything.
It finished too soon, much to her disappointment.
Jeesu just laughed like a mad man, and skipped around the room like a little kid. He then went to the others, grabbing Dari. "Hyung~" he said before he put a kiss on the older man's lips.
The others gasped.
Dari seemed to be surprised as his lips were pressed against the younger boy's. His eyes widened and he quickly pushed the boy away. "What the ...?!" He exclaimed as he wiped his lips.
Jeesu just smiled innocently. It seemed that Meg has gained her consciousness after the kiss as she saw Jeesu kissed Dari. Meg sneakily came closer to Tanya who seemed to enjoy the scene.
"Psst, Tanya Onnie," Meg called.
"Huh?" Tanya replied but didn't look away as Jeesu kissed the next victim which was Daniel.
"Are you sure that the mixtures were right?" Meg asked.
"Yeah, why?" Tanya asked again as she started to count how many seconds the kiss lasted. "Oh, it's 30 seconds!!" She cheered.
"If the ingredients were right, why did Jeesu Oppa become a Kissing Monster?"
The question from Meg brought a sudden realization to Tanya. She gasped as her mouth opened and her eyes widened. Tanya looked at Meg. "Oh my God! I forgot to switch the label back!" she stated.
Meg dropped her jaw as she became speechless. Both of the girls looked back at Jeesu.
"Is he drunk?" Inati asked.
"I don't know," Lia said as she frowned. "But surely, something is going on here."
Youngwon came. "Jeesu-ah," he called as he patted Jeesu's shoulder. "Are you alri-?" But his sentence was stopped as the younger boy turned and planted a kiss on his lips.
Gen gasped in surprise with her mouth opened. "Ya!! Jeesu! That's not fair." She walked closer to the couple. "I haven't even kissed him yet." Gen pouted afterward.
"Oh, really?" Dayday asked as he smirked naughtily. But to the side effect of the potion that he drank last week, he let out Yoda's voice instead of his.
Tammy quickly slapped her boyfriend's head and glared at him.
Dayday looked at her. "What?" he complained. "This is interesting."
“Well, let’s see if you’re the one who gets the kiss,” Tammy said.
“I think I’ll punch him instead.” Dayday just shrugged his shoulders.
Jeesu released Youngwon and gave a satisfy look. Youngwon looked confused, out of his mind. He stumbled and quickly regained his sense. He quickly wiped his lips.
"What's ..." But as Youngwon caught Gen's pouted face, he knew that he was in trouble. He has promised to Gen that he wouldn't let any guy kiss him again when they started to date. "I don't ..."
But to his surprise, Jeesu turned to Gen and kissed her.
"Hey!! That's my girl!" Youngwon complained.
But Jeesu already released Gen and looked for another 'victim'. He smiled as he saw Lia as his target.
"Noona~" he said with his high-pitched voice as he spread open his arms and walked toward Lia.
Before Jeesu reached Lia, Inati quickly grabbed her arm and pulled her into his embrace so Lia could escape from Jeesu's hug. Jeesu went to Dayday and gave the older guy a kiss on his lips. Inati frowned before he looked at Lia.
"Are you okay?" he asked as he lowered his hand from her head.
Lia nodded as she pushed Inati slightly away from her then looked at Jeesu who turned to find another lips to kiss. And the poor boy found his way toward Tammy.
"Onnie, help!" Tammy yelped as she ran to avoid the boy.
"Okay, now there is definitely something going on." Lia said then she cast her glare toward Tanya.
Tanya straightened her body as she caught herself on Lia's eyes. "I didn't do it. It was Meg's idea to make a love potion so either of you or Inati Oppa will confess." She pointed at Meg who stood beside her.
"Well, that's a good idea." Fanny cut in. "You two are so slow. Can't you see that both of you are in love with each other but try to deny it?"
"Fanny's got the point there," Daniel said as he saw Jeesu running around, chasing Deedee and Tammy.
But at the end he managed to catch Deedee and wanted to kiss her before Dari grabbed him and kissed him, saving Deedee from the unwanted kiss.
"Oppa, are you alright?" Deedee asked in concern to Dari as she saw the older guy wiped his own lips.
Dari looked at Deedee. "You owe me one kiss." He said making the girl blushed then smiled as an idea came across his mind. "Or take me to a date this Saturday will be fine."
Deedee smiled shyly. "Okay, fine."
Both of the eldest looked at each other. But both of them also agreed that this was not the right time to discuss the matter.
Lia exhaled. "Our feelings will be our own problem. So, the ingredients?!" Lia asked Tanya.
"I've messed up by switching the lover's extract with the kiss drops," Tanya confessed as she grinned.
"So?" Inati asked.
"So basically Jeesu has turned into a Kissing Monster." Lia replied him.
"But I guess it'll be funny too if we can see Inati Oppa kissing Lia Onnie." Fanny said as she shrugged.
Lia quickly looked at her with a sharp glare.
"Okay, just pretend that I didn’t say anything," Fanny said before making the move to turn around. But Jeesu's lips captured hers as she turned.
As Jeesu released her and turned away, Fanny started to sob. Daniel looked worried at her.
"Fanny, what's the matter?" Daniel asked as he became panic to see his girlfriend cried.
"He has stolen my first kiss!" Fanny cried then squatted while buried her face on her hands.
Daniel tried to calm her down.
Lia just rolled her eyes. "All right, that's it." Lia said then moved forward. "Jeesu," she called.
Jeesu turned and saw Lia. He smiled widely. "Noona~" he said with his aegyo voice as he came toward Lia.
But just before Jeesu was able to lay his fingers on Lia, Inati quickly came between them and stopped Jeesu. "Oh no, you won't," Inati said as he grabbed Jeesu's collar. "Her lips are mine."
The others cheered and wolf-whistled as they heard Inati’s words while Lia seemed to have a blush creeping onto her face as she fanned herself with her hand.
“Ya, Oppa. Do you have to state it very clearly?” Lia asked Inati.
“Yeah, I do.” Inati said as he tackled Jeesu’s foot and slammed him down to the floor. “Or else, he will take your kiss from me.” He pinned the struggling boy to the floor. “I don’t want anyone stealing your kiss before I get the chance to kiss you myself.”
Lia felt a blush creeping onto her face again. She gulped to calm herself and continued, “But why does it have to be you who’d be the first to have my kiss?”
“Because …” Inati looked up to see the girl. “I want to ask you to be my girl and go out with me.”
Lia became speechless.
Inati looked at the other guys. “Will someone help me to pin him down?!” Inati asked for help. “I don’t know where he gets all this extra energy to struggle.”
Dari, Dayday and Daniel quickly came to rescue as they grabbed Jeesu’s hands and feet.
“I guess the potion makes him stronger?” Tanya guessed.
Lia just rolled her eyes. "Dee, sleeping potion, please," Lia said as she stretched her right hand toward Deedee.
Deedee quickly took the small bottle that was on the high shelf and gave it to Lia. Lia opened the lid and kneeled. She touched Jeesu's chin and made him open his mouth. Lia poured the tea-coloured liquid into Jeesu's mouth and quickly pushed his chin to close his mouth. Jeesu swallowed the liquid down and he slowly calmed down until finally sleeping.
"Okay. That would keep him calm for a while." Lia sighed as Inati, Dayday, Daniel and Dari released their grabs.
"What should we do to HIM?" Dayday ended his question with Homer Simpson's voice. He quickly covered his mouth with his hand to hide the voice change. But it was too late; the girls and the other guys already frowned as they heard his voice.
"Nice, now we got Homer." Tanya widely smiled.
Lia quickly cast Tanya a sharp glare, making Meg nudge Tanya. "You two ..." Lia paused for a moment as she couldn't think about anything for those two younger girls. She released a sigh. "I'll think about your punishment later. Right now, I need to make the potion to undo the effect, including for Dayday." She turned and walked to the door.
"Do you need any help?" Inati asked her.
Lia stopped and turned. "No.” Lia looked at Inati. "I'll talk with you later, Oppa. I need to hurry before the sleeping potion’s effect wears off."
Inati just nodded. "Alright."
Lia just gave him a sweet smile then looked at Tammy. "Come on, Tam. I need your help," she said again as she walked.
“Okay.” Tammy came to follow her.
Inati smiled as he saw the two girls leave the room then he released a sigh and turned his body to the rest of the girls and boys who were staring at him with happy teasing eyes and grinning as if they wanted to tease him. His smile disappeared and he put on his serious face. “What?”
“Congratulations!” Dayday cheered.
“Finally you confessed to Noona, Hyung.” Daniel said.
“Do you actually need all of this mess to confess, Oppa?” Deedee asked.
“We should have done it since before,” Fanny added.
Inati just released a sigh and tried to ignore them all. “Let's clean up this place and eat. I bet you’re all hungry by now," Inati said, followed by random words of agreement from the others.
"But what should we do with Jeesu?" Dari asked.
Inati looked at the boy who was sleeping at the floor. Even at his sleeping state, Jeesu was still doing kissing gesture on his lips. Inati raised an eyebrow because of it. "Aaa ... I think we need to tie him up on the chair," Inati said. "Just for prevention in case if he wakes up and starts to kiss anyone again."
"Okay then," Dari said then reacted as Dayday helped him.
Youngwon exhaled. "Oh, great. This is one of the worst birthday parties I’ve ever had." He looked at Gen who just patted his back. "How I wish that this was just another prank that you guys pulled on me since it’s April Fool’s."
"Oh come on." Gen said then pushed Youngwon so the boy would walk even though he was reluctant to do it. She moved to the front of him and smiled. “But at least I can give you this.” Gen moved forward and planted a kiss on his lips.
YoungWon smiled. “Okay. I changed my mind. This is the best birthday that I ever had,” he said.
Gen just chuckled and said,” Let’s eat. I’m hungry.” She pulled him along to the table.

“Onnie, stop daydreaming about Inati Oppa,” whispered Tammy to her ear, causing Lia to jump and blinked several times.
“Tammy~” The older girl blushed and stirred the potion to undo the Kissing Monster effect. “I was not daydreaming about him.”
Tammy smirked. “Of course you’re not.” She rested her head on her palms. “Aren’t you glad that he finally confessed you? I mean how long have you been waiting for this moment? I know the girls and I have been looking forward to this day since the first time we met him and the boys.”
Lia bit her bottom lips, trying to stifle the laugh threatening to come out.
“You’re literally glowing, Onnie,” Tammy added as she poked Lia’s arm gently. “You’re in love with him. And he’s in love with you. So why don’t you accept his feelings? Just go out already!”
The giggle eventually broke. And she couldn’t stop blushing. This caused Tammy to laugh in amusement.
Lia cleared her throat. Even though her heart was pounding and her face would probably be red, she tried to look serious. “Just make the potion for your boyfriend. Don’t you pity him for having Homer Simpson’s voice?”
Still laughing, Tammy did as she was told and prepared for the ingredients and the pot needed to make to potion. “But he’s funny when his voice changes.” She then stared blankly into space. “He looks adorable too when that happens.” She giggles.
Lia smiled and shook her head. “Come on, we have to hurry up. Jeesu would kiss your adorable boyfriend again if you don’t hurry.”
Being a cheerful girl that she was, Tammy laughed again. “Well, your soon-to-be boyfriend is up there too. I’m sure you wouldn’t want Jeesu to steal Oppa’s kiss either.”
Lia poked Tammy in the forehead. “Just make the potion.”
A few minutes later, both the potions for Dayday and Jeesu finished. Right before Tammy could close the lid of the bottle she’s holding, the door to the dungeon was opened to reveal Inati who said, “Guys, Jeesu just woke up and he’s in a kissing frenzy mode.”
“Well, we just finished the potions. We’re going now,” said Lia, running behind Tammy who was on the lead.
But after Tammy was out of the door, Inati grabbed the bottle from Lia’s hand and gave it to the younger girl. He winked at her, who immediately smirked, knowing what’s going to happen. Tammy waved a hand happily to the couple and ran to the big hall where the commotion was happening.
Confused, Lia looked from the empty space where Tammy was just now, to Inati’s eyes. “Why did you give her the bottle? I was -” She was interrupted by Inati’s lips on hers.
As the kiss ended, Inati rested his forehead on hers with his eyes closed. “Lia, will you please go out with me and be my girlfriend?”
“Oppa~”
“I’m in love with you. Been in love you for a while, to be honest.”
Her breaths came in short. Her heart beat like crazy at the lovely confession by the handsome man in front of her.
Inati stroked her cheek affectionately, a pleased smile plastered on his face. “And I know you’re in love with me too.”
Lia looked away from that intense look he’s giving her. “I am,” she finally whispered.
His smiled got wider and hugged her body close. “I love you, Lia.”
She returned the hug, tucking her head right under his chin. Perfect. “I love you too, oppa.”
Suddenly there’s a round of applause and cheer from behind Inati, surprising the two lovebirds. Lia quickly pushed Inati apart from her.
“This is so touching~” Tanya pretended to wipe an invisible tear from the corner of her eyes. “You’re finally together.”
Realizing something, Lia came up front and crossed her arms on her chest. “You’re still in trouble, Tanya.” She turned her face to the other culprit. “You too, Meg.”
Meg bowed her head down, feeling ashamed of herself. Meanwhile, Tanya smiled as if nothing was wrong.
“But Onnie, you finally ended up together with Inati Oppa. So why are we still getting punished?”
“Because you two -” Once again, Lia couldn’t finish her sentence because Inati has grabbed her and turned her around to face him. “Oppa, please stop interrupting me when I’m talking.”
Inati smirked. “As much as I like hearing you talk all day, it’s better if you just now calm down.” He reached out to caress her hair. “And celebrate the day we’re finally together.”
“Hey!” Youngwon exclaimed. “Today is my birthday and -” It was his turn to be interrupted by Inati, but this time by a death glare from the oldest boy. “Err, I mean congratulations, Hyung and Noona. Yay!” He then clapped and cheered awkwardly before he stopped himself because the others were staring at him.
Inati turned his attention back to his girlfriend (he smiled at that word). “Why don’t we go somewhere quiet? Just the two of us?” He wiggled his eyebrows with an evil smile plastered on his face.
Lia gasped and widened her eyes in surprise. “Oppa~ It’s Youngwon’s birthday. So we should stay here with the others.”
“I won’t take no for an answer.”
“But -”
Inati smirked. “Good enough,” he said before he reached for her hand and pulled her along to the front door. He looked back to the rest. “See you guys later.” He winked.
Before the door was closed, they could hear an “Oppa~” coming out from Lia’s mouth.
“Our plan somehow worked, Meg!” Tanya said, ecstatically hitting the younger girl on the back. She saw the look on the other’s faces and immediately added, “Well, with a bit of mishap, but it worked in the end! They’re finally together.”
“Easy for you to say,” Jeesu mumbled. He’s finally recovered from the Kissing Monster effect. “You’re not the one to have to kiss everybody in the whole house.”
Tanya smirked and placed her arm around his shoulder. “Ah come on. I’m sure you enjoyed it. Especially when it was Meg.” She laughed loudly as she saw how red their faces were. “Do you know that you two kissed a lot today?”
Meg stomped her foot. “Onnie!”
Youngwon sighed and turned his face to Gen who standing right beside him. “This is really the weirdest birthday party I’ve ever had.”
