Merlin/Arthurian legends fanart - Morgana, implied Morgana/Arthur

Been watching BBC's Merlin .... as usual my shippy heart is attracted to the couple with the highest canon!doom-quotient, i.e. Morgana/Arthur
(I kinda like Merlin/Gwen and Merlin/Morgana also, but for now, Morgana Arthur it is :D)

Had a long seminar, and this came out:



She carries his banner

On the first battle,
she took up his banner
Then, now, always and forever, she vowed

After, she carried it still
through the lies, deceit, and blood and ashes
for that is her lot, her role, her path
to carry his banner

In time, she's foreseen, it is on her that they place their blame
mockery, spite and fear
the lady who betrayed her lord

for it must be she, who opens the path
so that the dark may be shed for light

tonight, it's the last battle
and for the last time, she carries his banner
As the red moon rises, the end of the beginning is nigh
The ancient one slithers as a ghost beside her
with the poor, foolish child so proud on the other side

chasing his end, and his beginning, and her end

tonight, is the end of the beginning
and she carries his banner
Then, now, always and forever
