It's a sneaky way to market whatever product you're selling: offer people the chance to sit in on something that will purportedly improve their lives, for free. Then barrage them with emails afterward to buy your product/services/stuff. Also, they are boring. Do not want.
And rumor has it that Torchwood S4 will be "darker." EXCUSEZ-MOI?
