quick hits.

• my room is pretty much packed. a few things left still lying around, but mostly either things i'll need over the next week, or random things that can be squished into pretty much anything. it's strange, looking around and seeing the room empty, but also strangely satisfying. and i can't WAIT to be living on my own. i'm nervous, sure, but excited beyond belief. there aren't words, seriously.
  
• city tomorrow for work. ugh. i thought i was done traveling after chicago....guess not. oh, well, at least it's just the city. and at least me and jenna'll hang out again. that'll be good times.
  
• stuck working next monday. even with a comp day for it, it still seems absurd to me to be working on a day the office is closed. oh, well. at least i get the comp day.....
  
• ....which it looks like i might use to go to the city on the 11th for the day. jenna & i'll do outdoorsy stuff maybe, and then we're going to see spoon for free in battery park, i think? which'll be awesome, considering how insanely i've been loving their new album.
  
• can't figure out what to do next monday when jenna & i run away together. would kill to go to tanglewood, but there're concerts there that day, and not in the shed, which means no lawn tickets. and i can't seem to find out whether or not the grounds are open to the public when there aren't concerts happening, or if the rest of the grounds are open to the public when concerts *are* happening. i think they're not, which is gonna piss me off. and what that means is that we should probably reconsider tanglewood -- but then we should go where? noho is too hectic usually, too unrural. maybe south hadley? or maybe we'll stay in connecticut instead. or we could go to lenox and just wander around some of the forests or whatever. oh, who knows. we'll probably just end up wandering around the lee outlet mall for the day. LOL
  
• i wish alias wasn't so uneven. there are some episodes i love more than words.
  
• watched breach today. oh, ryan philippe. and ohhh, caroline dhavernas. they are just *such* a pretty couple. (and oh, the movie was good, too. :P)
  
• ...i should've been in bed more than an hour ago, since i have to be up in like, five hours. damnit. that's what the world gets for not airing more poker. bastards. ;)
