I just called out of my room into the living room for a random date, and one of my roommates obliged me with Sept. 20. People around me are used to that sort of thing.
(You really need to ask mundanes those sorts of questions, because another writer will spend 20 minutes trying to come up with something with the perfect thematic significance, which is exactly what one was trying to avoid in the first place.)
I want to have your babiesfrogfarmApril 2 2006, 18:47:18 UTC
Already feeling the urge to go read all the Happy Endings fics, not just the ones I'm seeing on my flist. Resisting urge. Going back to lunch and then my own writing.

As frogfarm's friend, I think the reference is to Anya playing "The Game of Life" in Buffy S5.
And I liked this a lot, but:
Assuming that the address His Holiness refers to the Bishop of Rome, AKA the Pope, Pius XI reigned from 1922 to 1939. In other words, this one is taken.
But as I said, I liked this a lot. Especially nos. 10 and 11: the accomodations on both sides are interesting.

Which proves that Alixtii's research skills are sadly lacking. Yes, on the list of Roman pontiffs that I used, there are Pius XI and Pius and XII right there, not far below Pius X. And somehow I didn't see them at all. *facepalm*
Oh, well, I'm glad you enjoyed this. *goes to fix*
This was great. I'm quite impressed you wrote happy Faith/Kennedy fic that I was both highly entertained by, and could find believable. I enjoyed the twenty facts format, it made for a different reading experience, and seemed to go with the school background somehow. #9 made me LOL for some reason, as did the image of Kennedy taking a theology class with a straight face, er, so to speak. And I liked that Faith had finally found a kind of peace there. Yep, a genuinely happy ending.
