Oh my gosh, this one was beautiful =/ it's definite my favorite out of the two one-shots you posted, and I think that's because this one was just so sad without being overly angsty. I mean, it WAS angsty, but I think you pulled off Dean's potential sadness so brilliantly that you really start to sympathize with these characters and their emotions. Thanks, Chantelle! ♥ I've been trying to build up the angst level to get ready for that death fic I was talking to you about, and I think you can tell I wrote Beginnings first (because it's less angsty), and this one afterwards. I'm glad I didn't overdo it though - I have this tendency to write OVERLY angsty pieces, to the point where they're not even realistic anymore.
