Hey guess what everyone? You're not in your homeland. You're in my city, and you're welcome for being a Chosen One. Since I'm being nice to everyone, I'm here to explain the basics to you. Don't get used to this generosity.
First things first. You should have received a little care package with a card key, a debit card, and a communication device. A set of your clothes should be hanging in the hospital room's closet.
Living Arrangements:
• In the few things I've given to you, there is a basic keycard.
• Engraved on the card, is a building and room number. Only notification of where you have been placed to live.
Apartment Description:
• Your apartment comes with a small living room, a basically equipped kitchen, a small bathroom, and bedroom.
• Living Room: In the living room there is a brown cloth loveseat and a small fold-out chair.
• Kitchen: The kitchen has a small mini-refrigerator, little counter space, a 700 watt microwave, and a conventional stove. Silverware, and dishes must be bought.
• Bathroom: Has a bathtub and basic shower head, a toilet, and small vanity.
• Bedroom: The only things in this part of the apartment is a twin sized bed and a two drawer dresser.
Currency
• Waking up in the city you are given a small plastic card with your name pressed onto it. It's your money-- don't lose it.
• On the card is three hundred (300) dollars. To pay for stuff you just slide the card at whatever store/restaurant you are at and it deducts the amount from your account.
• You are able to deposit money onto the card at any time at the Bank.
• In order to obtain more money you must get a job. I will not give you any more free money.
Teleporters -- Instructions for Use:.
• Since not all of you are as blessed as I am to be used to this wondrous technology, I suppose I can explain it.
• Using your hand, place it on the palm-shaped sensor pad.
• Once it turns green, you may then speak of the destination you wish to travel to. Don't worry about your accent or different language; the teleporter understands and will take you to the correct place.
• Just so you know, you can't reach anywhere I don't want you too, so don't try. You'll waste your breath.
• When I placed you in the city, I took the initiative and made a copy of everyone's hand prints.
• It's the only way of transportation, other than walking.
• Some places, however, are only accessible by the teleporters, like the new sections I've opened up.
• There is a teleporter in front of every building, two in each bubble, and four in the park.
Wall / New Areas
• Surrounding the main city is a brick wall, directly outside the wall is the protective barrier that prevents the city from receiving certain death.
• Only exits to the city are the six (6) authorized teleporters that lead to the newly opened areas.
• Each area only has two teleporters in the whole area; the one teleporter connected to the rest of the city and the one in the middle of the area, that is only able to go to the one other teleporter in the area.

Androids
• Along with the civilians that live in my city there are... humanoids who don't quite act like most humans. Those are my androids, lovely aren't they? They are the security of the city, and they don't talk much. You be good, and you won't really have to deal with them, that's all you really need to know.

• I'm not wasting my breath. Just check out this. Don't try to I won't answer them.
Powers/Weapons

• Did you formerly have any weapons, or special abilities? I've taken them. Sucks for you, doesn't it?
• You can't get them back, at least not without being good that is. If you decide to stay in my beautiful city for at least two (2) months, and if I believe you have been good, my Head Nurse will give you a lovely shot that will grant you one of your powers back at seventy five percent of full power. And if you have a weapon, she will deliver those to you as well, but without their powers. You're welcome.
