[ If anyone were to go near the center of the city, they would notice a huge festival had taken over the park. Depending on what day you arrive, there may be different events going on. Shaved ice, cute shaped cakes, and other festival goodies are being given out to the festival-goers. Have someone special? Perhaps giving them half of a paopu fruit may give you good luck.
