[ He regrets saying it nearly instantly, but it's true. How Ezio is feeling about his mother is basically how he feels all the time. Talking with people he'd never be able to - having that chance? Desmond is going to be upset when it's ripped away from him. Memories only work for certain things for so long. It doesn't compare to being able to talk to them. ]
