[Darcy arrives at the door to Magnus Martinsson's apartment at a little after noon. Her hands are full of surprises, and crossed behind her back, so she can't exactly knock. Instead, she kicks the toe of her boot against the bottom of the door. Gently enough that it doesn't scuff, firmly enough so he knows it's a knock.
