(no subject)
So as per usual it's been awhile since I posted here. Not much to say, Mikes sister got a new laptop yesterday, a little acer with windows 7 on it. Mike runs windows vista. Nikki doesn't care about what OS she has and Mike wants 7, so he decides to trade them...
And because of that, I've spent the last 12 hours trying to fix the fucking laptop that Nikki hasn't even had a chance to play on. Wonderful. And he didn't make a restore disk just in case shit happens. Downgrading a computer from the OS that it was made for alone is a bitch, and I don't have linux to have been able to boot into the system to delete the hidden partition that I couldn't delete during the vista install which was causing vista to crash when trying to complete. In the end I had to just reinstall 7 back on and tell Mike that I'll downgrade it myself when I feel like it. Probably never, but meh.
On the plus side though, went to see book of eli, was actually a great movie. But I felt sick after, I think mike put too much of that gross popcorn butter on the popcorn... that stuff always makes me feel ill. Ugh.
Today is Mongo day with Josh, Steve and Ed, possibly a few more people going as well but I don't know. Then I'm gonna throw a proper borderlands install on my computer and be all happy-going. I guess I have to throw it on Mike and Nikkis computers too. Anyway, I have stuff to do.
