It doesn't help that this diet is weird and yeah probably not that great, but I want to lose a few pounds fast, so here I am doing it. Yesterday was just fruit all day, except no bananas. Today was all veggies, and tomorrow is a mixture of both. I had pretty much salad, but you were also allowed a baked potato today, and I had a mushroom, zucchini, onion, and green pepper stir fry also. Pretty good. Today wasn't as bad as yesterday. So we'll see where I am after a few days of this. There is a day that is chicken and tomatoes, and a day that is milk and bananas, and yeah it seems crazy cause it is...lol. If I can lost the 10+ lbs. they say you MIGHT lose, then I guess it will be worth it, even if it's just 7 or 8. Anything close to 10 will be ok for me, and I will go on and alter things from there. Also adding a bit more activity in will be good for me. I'm pretty active anyway, but a little more can't hurt.
Ok, so I guess that's it for now.
