Serene's thoughts: Never Knew Love Like This Before
When we were preparing for the 1st March-in. James whispered to me that the host looked kinda familiar. I looked toward the stage and realized "Oh! It's Benedict Goh". A friend of the groom, he shared with all of us all in the ballroom how the couple met. If I heard right, it was in a pub.
I remembered thinking to myself then. Love, it is indeed a little funny thing. You just need the right time, the right place and the two right people. Doesn't sound like much, but it is much, it is unique to every two people in this universe and makes a lifetime of a difference.
I particular loved the lyrics to Stephanie Mills song "Never Knew Love Like This Before" that the couple chose as one of the songs to be performed for the day. It describe to a T the joy when you cross path with the person you are destined to be with.
