Ricky and Jenny eschewed the traditional sit-down Chinese dinner in a hotel ballroom. Instead, they chose to have a sumptuous buffet reception beside the pool of Traders Hotel.
It was my first time performing at there, and I think these photographs do justice to the serene and beautiful surroundings:

It was a really relaxing wedding; everyone seemed intent to just eat, chill and enjoy the live music. Ricky and Jenny spent a lot of time mingling with the guests and making them feel welcome. The young were not forgotten; Ricky even engaged a balloon artist for the kids!
What made the wedding even more memorable was Ricky's spontaneous performance of 我可以 (I Can). Ricky later claimed he was trembling with excitement, but it certainly didn't show while he was singing. He even hugged Jenny and added his own choreography! It felt as if I was watching an MTV unfold right in front of my eyes!
