This is Julio Richter's cellphone. Some notes:
-He never turns it off because he's paranoid, although he puts it on vibrate when he's sleeping.
-If the convo is long he's likely to just put it on speakerphone and leave it on a nearby table.
-He shouts into receivers.
-His ringtone is Lay Me Down And Die by The Blue Van.
