Stopped outside of Nokomis yesterday where an older fellow asked us if we spoke German. Then through much German yibber yabber, if we knew where Jasper was. We tried to explain but it wasn't going that well when he told us he was just pulling our chains and that he was joking all along.
I was completely stumped. Didn't know if I should be mad or just annoyed. Mostly though I was pissed at myself for not being able to remember any of my high school German language classes in the least.
(I did get some really nice pants though)
