this pattern
of cloud shapes
drifting over

i've been archiving and tagging my old jivelournal entries, just for something straightforward to do.

i've looked at a lot of oneword entries, many of which i wound up using as poems, but somehow i've loved this one the most:

lavender

an old song
from the pop
alternative days
that i strongly
empathized with
had a lyric
"lavender and
cream"
oh how that
tasted in my
mind

i started at the first entry in '02, and i'm at the point where i just got accepted to calarts in march '04. just watching the cycle...
