(no subject)
So I went to The Bridal Gallery in New Westminster, apparently the largest bridal boutique in Canada, just to have a look at dresses. It was fun trying stuff on.. But then, there was this one dress that was drop-dead, magical moment, forget-to-breathe **INCREDIBLE**. The dresser put a cute veil on me, and I was holding back tears looking in the mirror. Never thought that I'd get all sappy like this over a dress I'm going to wear once!!! It was even the exact opposite of the type of dress I had in mind!
But now what do I do?! Do I get the dress and wait 2 years, or wait and possibly let it slip through my fingers, or keep looking (since I have the time) and find something else?
I guess I'll just push it to the back of my head for a while (if at all possible) and let time pass before I address the issue again.
*sigh*, it was soooo pretty...
It was either fate to try on that dress today, or a big mistake going to the boutique so damn early.
I'm off to the Aqualuna party at the Aquarium now, it's apparently themed after the Full Moon Parties of Thailand, which Ben says were just amazing.
p.s. that dress was near the upper end of my already outrageous dress budget...
