Life update: Still anxious most of the time, but I'm not physically ill from it either...so I guess I could honestly say my condition has improved since my last entry. I'm sleeping a little better, I mean, this morning I woke up at 5:30, but at least I was able to fall back asleep. A few days ago, as soon as I woke up, there was no way I was getting back to sleep; I was jittery and I constantly felt like I had butterflies in my stomach...not the nice kind though, the kind you get when anticipating something bad, or like when you get stage fright.

I would rather have stage fright though.

As for everything else...things have been ok, with all things considered. On sunday Katie had to do chores, so she couldnt go to the beach. I ended up going into the city to see Kristy instead. It was cool. We spent a lot of our time just walking around looking/thinking of things to do. We saw the Naked Cowgirl, which was interesting. I didnt know there was a Naked Cowgirl, I guess maybe the Naked Cowboy just wasnt popular enough so they brought in someone to help? Are they even managed by anyone in the first place? Hm. We also were approached by Scientologists, who wanted us to stop by their church to see a movie-demonstration on Dianetics or whatever. Creepyy. I told them we couldnt at that time because we had an appointment with the Aliens in five minutes. We then continued taking pictures of us outside their church. Scientology is weird.

We werent just bothered by the Scientologists, either. Just about every religious group was out on the streets; including this creepy woman with lonnng gray hair and a really unsettling grin with a sign that said "You have to be Catholic to get into Heaven." Riiiight.

And of course, like the awesome people we are, we went to FAO Schwartz and enjoyed ourselves way more than individuals our age should. First we hit up the giant Keyboard with all of the little children only half our height, then we chilled with the magician for a while. He did cool tricks and was actually really good. He used to perform in Vegas. Eventually, he got a big crowd and wasnt as interesting, so we went around the store and played with things/tried things on.

After our toy store adventure, we looked for someplace to eat, since I hadnt eaten all day. We passed a Hallal food stand which captured our scent and bought food there. It was really good. I got chicken with rice, because that's pretty much my diet: chicken and carbs. Kristy got this Beef shishkabob (that is spelled VERY wrong, I'm sure) which she claimed to be the best thing she's ever eaten. Then, like the bums that we are, we took our food to Penn Station and sat on the floor to eat. Not that we enjoy sitting on the disgusting floors in the train station, but because my train was in about 20 minutes and we didnt want to be late. Then it was time for me to go and I had to entertain kids the entire train ride home because they just started talking to me, and you're not going to just ignore a little 3 year old girl, so you talk with her to be nice. Would have been really nice if she didnt continue talking for the next hour and ten minutes.

On monday I was called into work, tuesday I went to work as per usual, and yesterday Shandra and I went to Port Jeff. She got pizza and we sat in rocking chairs for a while. Then we wondered what to do for about 15 minutes and ended up at Starbucks which I got a Hot Chocolate which was very tasty. Port Jeff always seems like a great idea until you spend about 10 minutes there and have walked around the town once already and are not crazy about doing it again. there's really not too much to do there besides eat and buy weird things, and just chill of course, which is what we were there for. It is a nice place to just sit and chill, I will give it that.

Today I worked and it went impossibly slow. We only had one doctor on, so that already limited the amount of people that could come in, but then three people cancelled. That's an hour and a half of lost time, at least. At 8:00 everyone was racing towards the door. On my way home, Katie called, so I just stopped at home to change and then we went out to Friendly's and a movie. We saw Barnyard, which was very cute. Katie now wants a baby cow.

It was probably not the greatest idea to write this entry at this time of night. I'm quite exhausted. I needed to do something though to calm down before bed, or I wouldnt have been able to sleep. I have no idea what's going on tomorrow. Hopefully I'll figure something out, because I need distraction.

Oh yeah, I tried to buy a kurt halsey poster today from Art Star but it turns out that it's sold out. That sucks, I was really looking forward to it. I might get the other one that's selling, or possibly get my money back; I havent yet decided. I also may buy it or a different poster off ebay (but I have a feeling that the other two I want are going to get too expensive). Who knows?
