She's got a mission, and I'm collateral damage...

That's what she wanted!!

Ok so I don't know what is up, yesterday I ran for 48 minutes and today I barely did my usual 30 minutes. We bought a treadmill which is a lot more convenient than running down and around the NEX where all the people can stare at you while you're sweaty and gross. If you like to work out a lot, a good site to try is www.fitlinxx.com, our commander forces us to log our workouts but it's good because it keeps track of your progress and you get cool prizes the more points you get. It gives more points for lifting weights than it does running, which I don't like because running is harder and makes you lose more weight. Anyway, I haven't weighed myself in a few weeks I'm hoping to see a surprise next time I step on the scale. I lost 6 lbs 3 weeks ago though so maybe I've been losing it still and just don't know. Anyway, it's nice because I feel better about myself and I can wear my cute clothes again. The hardest thing about working out is that you really have to make a lifestyle change, it's not just a temporary thing, it's every day and you have to force yourself to do it or you won't. If you need help getting going, I suggest Xenadrine, since they took the ephedra out it's more of an energy pill more than a diet pill. Just don't take them on an empty stomach or you'll shake for the next 3 hours :P

Today at work sucked! My officer that's working with me for the next couple of weeks got caught up in a briefing and there's only 3 of us working on this project that we have ongoing right now. So the other guy that was working with me had to go to lunch. It wasn't that I had to hold down the fort, it's that the time they decided to leave was when all the suspenses were due and I was left scrambling to please our flight commander, who was asking me questions that I didn't know the answer to or understand for that matter. The man is impossible! While I'm briefing he'll ask me questions and he's not very punctual and he talks very soft so I'm standing up there going... ummm... can you repeat the question and SPEAK UP! I'm not a cat I don't have super sensitive ears. So anyway, I got everything turned in that needed to go out and I was rewarded with an "Outstanding, good on you airman" blah blah... heh, but that's more than I get from my own supervisor I guess.

So I screwed up today, I have the BIGGEST problem with snooping and being curious, so much so that I keep picking the scabs that are trying to heal (not in a literal sense) But I made my hunny mad at me and looked stupid in the process. I tried to tell myself no, but when it comes to something you want to know, it's hard to hold back. I guess that's where "curiousity killed the cat" came from. The whole time I was doing what I did I'm thinking, you're just making things worse... what are you doing?! Yeah, anyway... this girl in my shop got me this book for self discovery so I'm trying that out. What it is is a 40day guided journal where you follow the suggestions and you try to clear your mind and relax from the everyday stress so that you can find happiness... I know it sounds like garbage but by the time you start feeling depressed it's hard to get back to good.

If you want some fun party games and you have an xbox, try dance dance revolution and Karaoke Revolution Party. When you're drinking, you'll have the most fun you've ever had, and if you're shy singing in front of people it'll bring you out of your musical shell. :) It's also fun because you find out that your unmusically inclined friends can't carry a tune in a bucket, hahaha. Dance Dance is hard to get the hang of and I strongly suggest starting out on the easiest level and the easiest song or you'll get frustrated and stop before you ever learn how to do it and have fun at the same time. (it has a work out mode too fun those gamers that can't bring themselves to go out and get some exercise, lol)

I want to plan a trip to go to the big island, I like O'ahu but it's so crowded it would be fun to get to a place where you can drive for an hour and not be on the other side of the island within 30 mins of driving (that's without traffic ... 50,000 people is a lot for 1200 sq miles) or maybe going to one of the little islands where there's no tourists to slow you down would be good too. These islands are gorgeous and to anyone that hasn't ever been here, put visiting here on your "to do before I die" list, because you'll thoroughly enjoy yourself. Just don't stay longer than 2 weeks lol or the locals will start getting on your nerves and getting hostile... know what I mean brah!? You'll never want to hear the words, aloha, mahalo, shaka, brah (bro in Hawaiian), Kamehameha or humahumanukanuka'apua'a again (that last one is the name of the state fish, I probably spelled it wrong but that's how it's pronounced)

Random thought of the day, I LOVE MUSIC! every kind except the bad kind, lol. I wish so bad that I could take my iPod to work with me... stupid rules. Alright well I'm all sweaty from running so I'm gonna go grab a shower, literally grab a shower, lol... yep I've gone crazy.
