MADE IT TO BAMBERG! free place to stay with erinn, friend from usc!
berlin was cool, way too much for one day for sure. but it was probably good we didnt make it to the bike tour, we crashed and burned around 3pm
we did see their version of times square, parts of the wall and and the line that marks the wall, the jewish memorial which is really fun to play in, the gate i forgot the name of but napoleon stole the horses on top as booty and it was no mans land while the wall was up... and we went to their parliament. im not even going to try to remember what the word for it is. but it was rad there is a huge globe and you can see 360° around the city. and it was FREE!
oh yes and we hung out with our roommate from the hostel, which was the best so far, the best bed!! cheap good food in the kitchen, security was intense too. he was from france.
then we just got off a 3 hour train ride from berlin to bamberg. we get to hang out here with erinn until tomorrow around noon then munich for the day then overnight to rome. well probably just take in the night life with all the carolina kids that are here tonight.
