Not Cleaning
I have this long to-do list and I keep staring at it and not doing anything on it. This is problematic. Tomorrow is Jennifer's Annual Reunion Christmas Party. That's a long title. My biggest issue is cleaning my room. Not that my room needs to be clean for this, but I would really like it to be. It does need to be clean (organized). So now seems like as good a time as any. I am slowly working on it, but a little too slowly. And it seems to get messier each time I start working on it. I'm not sure how that works, but it probably plays a significant role in discouraging me to continue.
I think Jennifer cleaned downstairs today, but I haven't been down there to see. I hope she did. I bet there are still a few things I could do down there though. Things that I have to do that are not clean my room are: bake 3 food items, hang lights and curtains outside- question mark, and buy some Malibu. Oh! And figure out what to wear. Also, Cassie wants me to see Desperaux tomorrow with her and Reid. I also really want to go to the gym, but I'm not sure when to fit that in. It is only open until 2pm and then it's closing for the break. Boo.
My car is another thing that is really messy. I think this is really representative of my life right now. I'm surprised I've let it get this bad. I washed it the other day, so it's pretty on the outside, but there is so much junk in it. I should probably clean that before I decide what to wear tomorrow because there are probably like 5 outfits in there. I have a headache. We are cleaning out the foam pit at work the week after next. I'm really excited about this, for so many reasons.
1. it's cleaning, which is like a game (sometimes)
2. it's really gross, so i like that something is being done about it
3. i want to take a vacuum to the bottom of it
4. my nametag is in there!
4b. i am one of the only people who likes wearing the nametag, and i lost mine in that dang pit
5. who knows what else is in there
5b. actually, i have a short list of other lost items to retrieve: a pin with a flower on it and two pink slipper shoes
6. i've always wanted to empty it out
7. i will be getting paid
I hope Jennifer Susko comes to the Carter Christmas party, because I miss her.
