Do you ever want to be like 11 or 12 again?? I mean really....how hard were things then? I was still in elementary, my best friend lived right across the street, my boyfriend (who I was sure I was gonna marry) lived next door and 90% of my other friends lived in my small town. You didn't get burnt out on school cause it wasn't hard. You went to school, you came home and played and talked to your friends. School wasn't hard enough to involve studying. I did what little homework I had the half hour before I went to bed. I was getting my first kiss, holding hands, experiencing so many firsts. Everything was so new! Things are so different now, I'm drowning in debt and burnt out of school and so lost and feel so detached from everyone that I've always relied on. Things just seem so bleak right now! Maybe the summer will bring brighter days! Let's hope so..can't take much more of this!
