Does anyone else remember singing that in elementary school? Oh man, it brings back so many memories.
Anyway, if you want to download that song (and the rest of the album), go
HERE. That blog also has a bunch of other old Halloween goodies for you to download.
And here's some Halloween radio stations for you to browse:
About.com links (The "Horror Old Time Radio" has old Halloween radio broadcasts and stories. A good way to pass the time if you're bored.)
There's also
NeverEndingWonder Halloween Radio Empire, but their sound quality is very low.
I'm sure there's a bunch more out there, too. These are just the two that I found the quickest while searching on Google.
Yeah, I'm just trying to get more into the Halloween spirit. The weather outside has been really crappy this year (humid, rain/thunderstorms, too warm, etc.), plus all these stores keep advertising Christmas stuff already. We don't need Xmas stuff before Halloween! It used to be after Thanksgiving that all of the stores would shove that crap in your face, but they just can't help themselves I suppose. They make more money off of Xmas junk than Halloween stuff.
Not that I hate the "holiday season"...it's just way too early for it. I think that was what ruined last year's Halloween -- I got so distracted by the Xmas stuff that it didn't even seem like October.
So, I changed my desktop image to a
vintage Halloween one. (The
website has some other cute ones.) I also changed all of my LJ icons to Halloween ones.
I can't decorate the house yet because of my sister's baby shower. Oh well. Maybe I'll decorate my room for the moment. I can also pick out my jack o'lantern patterns for this year. =D
P.S. I got this
pumpkin toner today. It smells kinda pumpkin-y. Yum.
