(no subject)
sad to say, the floor is STILL not done. Sarah (the girl) and I are sitting in the doorway of SaraCura (the store) because the doors have to stay open for airflow. It still has to finish curing and a layer (or two?) of polyurethane has to go down, and also cure. Though those are supposed to take 2-3 hours each to set. and we have to have the truck which contains our worldly goods through the 4th (of course) because the rental place will close at 3 pm tomorrow...
I hate to keep asking for all these unreasonable things. but would tomorrow evening work for any of you to help us unload instead? I figure you have stuff planned for the 4th already (I know I do!)
Less unreasonably, since we have to be here anyway, we'd love to treat our loading/unloading team to pizza here tonight. I figure at least some of them won't get the word in time. If you'd like, and you have already put your time in or will be able to help tomorrow, please come by our shop for some pizza 6ish.
and, in silver-lining land, at least the newly stained floor is looking spiffy. maybe now that the heat is on in there it'll cure faster.
