Update
So it's been a while since I've updated livejournal. Nothing saying I can't update this one as well as the other one I keep though. However, since this is quite simply something for me to do randomly to take a break from thinking...I make no promises to keep it interesting or even coherent. I have the other journal for that.
That said, lot's changed since I updated last. I got back from PNG a few weeks ago. I've started classes up again (which I should currently be reading for...but am clearly not). Moved into my new apartment and I'm getting to know my new roommate (who brings me tea every night actually). She's this really sweet girl from Taiwan. I like her. I also like the tea b/c it's really good.
I'm currently hooked on Grey's Anatomy (just started season 3) and I've started cooking. For real. Like real food and everything. I made lasagna yesterday and both David and Yatai (my roommate) enjoyed it. And not just to be polite I think. :-D
I also just had vanilla and chocolate icecream with caramel syrup and it is still nothing short of amazing to be able to just walk to the fridge and get icecream. Not to mention, just turn on the computer. Or the hot water. Or the light. You'd think I would be used to it by now after having been back in the states over 2 weeks now, but it's still just really really wonderful.
Also. I love my boyfriend. Seriously. I am one very very lucky girl. This Labor Day weekend has been pretty much perfect.
