Turns out mommy arachnid showed up not to lay the eggs but to usher in the birth of her babes. And then went missing in the morning. Katie thinks she was devoured by the kids. I don't really care; I have a new mission: find babies. Make their lives as short as possible. Thus far the only tool I have is a can of Raid that advertises itself as "Kills Flying Insects."
