I'm ridiculously attracted to the idea of going somewhere and learning a language from square one, by total immersion.
As long as I'm doing that, it might as well be an undocumented language, so I could do something useful. That would have the useful side effect of removing all temptation to "cheat" by looking at reference grammars.
